BCollins International is a Lagos-based construction and interior studio delivering considered residential and commercial builds across Nigeria. I built their website using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion to bring a quiet, editorial feel to the brand, letting the studio's craftsmanship and material-led philosophy speak through clean typography, generous whitespace, and smooth scroll-based animation rather than heavy visuals or stock-template design. The site showcases their capabilities, selected projects, and studio philosophy, positioning BCollins as a premium design-and-build practice.

BCollins needed a website that matched the quality and restraint of their actual work a construction and interior studio built on "material honesty and quiet craftsmanship," not spectacle. A generic contractor-site template would have undersold the brand and failed to appeal to the high-end residential and commercial clients they target.

Built a minimal, editorial-style site on Next.js and Tailwind CSS, with Framer Motion driving subtle, purposeful animation numbered navigation, smooth section transitions, and scroll-triggered reveals that reinforces the studio's "considered build" positioning without feeling gimmicky. The layout foregrounds selected projects, capabilities, and studio philosophy in a structure that reads more like a design portfolio than a typical construction company site.

Translating a tactile, material-driven brand identity (concrete, oak, brass) into a digital interface that feels equally considered getting typography, spacing, and motion timing right so the site itself embodies the same restraint and craftsmanship the studio is known for, rather than defaulting to a busy, feature-heavy construction site layout.
