Overview
Gradic Services is an indigenous, ISO 9001:2015-certified EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) company based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, serving the oil & gas, energy, marine, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors across Nigeria and West Africa. I built their corporate website using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion to deliver a bold, industrial-grade digital presence that matches the scale and credibility of the clients they work with, including Shell, NNPC, ExxonMobil, and TotalEnergies. The site presents their four core service disciplines, industries served, and operating track record through a confident, image-driven layout with smooth scroll-based motion.
The problem
Gradic Services needed a website that reflected the scale and credibility of a 15-year-old EPC firm working with major oil & gas operators, rather than a generic corporate template. The site had to communicate technical competence, safety culture, and operational trust to a sophisticated B2B audience, engineering managers and procurement decision-makers at large energy companies.
The solution
Built a high-impact, image-forward corporate site on Next.js and Tailwind CSS, with Framer Motion powering smooth scroll transitions and a rotating hero gallery of industrial facilities, construction sites, and pipeline infrastructure. The structure foregrounds the company's four core disciplines (Engineering, Procurement & Supply Chain, Construction, Maintenance & Technical Support), the industries served, key stats (15+ years, ISO 9001, 50+ projects), and a scrolling client/partner marquee featuring recognizable names like Shell and NNPC, all designed to establish credibility within seconds.
Challenges
Balancing a bold, visually striking design with the seriousness and technical credibility expected in the EPC/oil & gas sector, the site needed to feel premium and modern without drifting into style-over-substance territory, given that the actual audience (engineering and procurement decision-makers) evaluates vendors on competence and safety record, not aesthetics alone.
Results
Delivered a corporate website that positions Gradic Services as a credible, established EPC partner capable of competing for major industry contracts — presenting their 15-year track record, certifications, and blue-chip client relationships with the authority the brand has earned.
